- incident management & root cause analysis: strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead incident response effectively.
- system performance & scalability: knowledge of distributed computing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
- observability & monitoring tools: experience with splunk, dynatrace, appdynamics, and similar platforms.
- itsm & compliance:



familiarity with it service management and regulatory standards.
- network concepts: wireshark, tcp/ip, f5, load balancer, proxies, ftp/sftp.
- certificate management: venafi, ecms, openssl, cipher suites.
- problem-solving & analytical skills: strong ability to identify issues, analyze results, and come up with optimal, innovative solutions.
