we are looking for a strong and hands-on assistant manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in salinas victoria, nuevo león .

this position will report directly to the plant manager and key responsibilities include:

• support the plant manager in the daily management of plant operations.

• monitor kpis and track operational improvement results.

• coordinate cross-functional activities between production, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering, hr, and finance.

• lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• promote lean manufacturing, 5s, standardization, and operational excellence.

• support customer requirements and on-time delivery performance

• develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture

• support audits and internal/external compliance activities

• act as the plant manager’s key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.

requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations, or related field





• fluent english – mandatory

• experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry

• leadership experience in a plant or production environment

• strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• knowledge of lean manufacturing, kpis, continuous improvement, and quality systems

• ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growing organization
