role overview

the adecuado candidate will bring hands-on experience with workday hcm implementations, integrations, security, reporting, and data migration activities. This role requires strong technical and functional understanding of the workday ecosystem.

key responsibilities

- configure and support workday hcm solutions.
- develop integrations using eib, core connectors, and workday studio.
- build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and security configurations.
- perform integration troubleshooting and migration activities.
- analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- prepare technical documentation and test scenarios.




- support business users and cross-functional teams.
- participate in workday implementation and enhancement projects.

required skills

- 3–5 years of workday hcm experience.
- experience in at least one end-to-end workday implementation.
- hands-on experience with eib, workday studio, core connectors, and security.
- strong knowledge of reporting and calculated fields.
- experience with xslt.
- understanding of integration scheduling and monitoring.
- strong communication and problem-solving skills.
