fullstack technical lead

the role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting modern cloud-native applications using microservices architecture, rest apis, containerized deployments, and agile delivery practices.

key responsibilities

- design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
- build and support java-based microservices and restful apis.
- develop responsive user interfaces using reactjs.
- collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
- participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- support ci/cd implementation and automated deployment processes.
- troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
- participate in code reviews and engineering quality initiatives.
- contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
