join our manufacturing team and support daily maintenance and production technical operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is adecuado for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

main responsibilities

- daily management and administration of the maintenance or operation in a production technical area (we have two open positions):

maintenance administrator:

- support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- capital projects, tpm plan, time-outs
- oversee the daily management and administration of the maintenance department.

production technical:

- monitor equipment performance and production processes.




- assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- support compliance with quality and safety standards.

requirements

- recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an engineering degree (mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, manufacturing, or related field).
- knowledge of core tools (apqp, ppap, fmea, spc, msa).
- knowledge of iatf 16949 is desirable.
- internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- upper-intermediate english
