Job Overview
Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.
Job Requirements
+ Defining and coordinating the implementation programs, initiatives, and process improvements needed to improve the key strategic Supply Chain KPIs.
+ Coordinating and reporting regional indicators in achieving critical targets like revenue, inventory, overdue reduction, and freight forecast.
+ Collaborating with the local teams in driving lead time reduction programs and defining mitigation plans in case of deviation from execution targets.
+ Executing and utilizing Lean tools for continuous improvement and using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Customer Project Visibility & Coordination
- Serve as the primary focal point for key factory-direct customer programs and strategic projects.
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of customer demand, order status, production schedules, capacity commitments, and delivery milestones.
- Consolidate and communicate project status updates, risks, bottlenecks, and recovery plans to BU Supply Chain leadership.
- Develop and maintain project tracking dashboards and management reports.
Supply & Demand Management
- Monitor customer demand signals and compare against factory supply plans.
- Identify potential shortages, capacity constraints, material risks, and production bottlenecks before customer commitments are impacted.
