qualifications

- bachelor's degree on engineering or related field of study
- minimum 3 years of experience in a leading position for engineering
- strong knowledge on manufacturing process for electronical products
- management of product development, ecr's management, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reporting and manufacturing transitions.
- conversational english is a must
- experience with design for manufacturability (dfm), design for assembly (dfa), pfmea, control plans.
- previous manage of iso 9001, iatf 16949 (automotive electronics), ipc standards (ipc-a-610, j-std-001), root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (capa) and failure analysis
- strong knowledge of improvement skills such as lean manufacturing six sigma (green belt or black belt preferred), kaizen, value stream mapping, oee (overall equipment effectiveness)
- knowledge of a analytical skills statistical process control (spc), data analysis and reporting, erp systems (sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics), mes systems, minitab or similar statistical software, microsoft excel
