we are looking for a strong and hands-on assistant manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in salinas victoria, reciente león.

this position will report directly to the plant manager and key responsibilities include:

- support the plant manager in the daily management of plant operations.
- monitor kpis and track operational improvement results.
- coordinate cross-functional activities between production, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering, hr, and finance.
- lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- promote lean manufacturing, 5s, standardization, and operational excellence.
- support customer requirements and on-time delivery performance
- develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture
- support audits and internal/external compliance activities
- act as the plant manager's key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.

requirements:

- bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, operations, or related field
- fluent english – mandatory




- experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry
- leadership experience in a plant or production environment
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- knowledge of lean manufacturing, kpis, continuous improvement, and quality systems
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growing organization
