as a marketing associate, you will...

- own and grow heva's presence across instagram, tiktok, and youtube, creating content that drives both engagement and measurable results.
- plan, produce, publish, and optimize short-form content, including reels, shorts, stories, and other social-first formats. You'll be hands-on with the creative, not just the calendar.
- launch and manage paid campaigns on meta ads and google ads, from setup and targeting to budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
- track key metrics such as cpl, ctr, roas, and conversions to understand what's driving leads and growth, and act on those insights quickly.
- run ongoing a/b tests on messaging, creative, ctas, and audiences, documenting what you learned and what you changed as a result.
- build and maintain performance dashboards (ga4, looker studio, or similar) so the team always knows what's working.
- support sem and seo initiatives, including keyword research, landing page optimization, and content improvements.
- maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
- coordinate marketing events, activations,



and initiatives involving patients, providers, or partners.
- identify new content ideas, trends, channels, and experiments that can help heva reach more patients and providers.

you're the person we're looking for if you have...

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth, with a mix of creative and analytical work.
- hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on meta ads, with real budgets and results you can speak to (leads, cpl, revenue, etc.).
- experience creating short-form video and social content yourself, from idea to final edit.
- comfort working with data: ga4, google tag manager, utm tracking, and dashboard tools like looker studio.
- a testing mindset: you've run a/b tests and used the results to improve campaigns.
- familiarity with seo and sem fundamentals.
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- availability to work in person from mexico city.
