we are seeking an experienced discovery paralegal with hands-on experience in lemon law cases to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with managing case files, discovery, and court filings in consumer protection matters.

key responsibilities:

- support attorneys in handling lemon law litigation cases from intake through resolution.
- draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
- manage case files, evidence, and correspondence; ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
- coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates.
- file documents with courts (e-filing) and serve parties in compliance with court rules.
- communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
- assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.





conduct legal and factual research related to lemon law statutes and consumer protection regulations.

qualifications:

- proven experience as a litigation paralegal, with specific exposure to lemon law cases.
- strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines.
- experience with e-filing systems and document management platforms.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- proficient in ms office and legal software (e.g., filevine)..

preferred skills:

- familiarity with state and federal lemon law statutes.
- experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- - ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys.
