Job Description Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale banking technology projects and working closely with the client and project teams.
The idóneo candidate should have strong experience in banking system implementations/upgrades, proven experience managing large project teams, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects.
Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50–60 members.
Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.




Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams.
Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project governance and status meetings.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams.
Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
Ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and delivery teams.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of Project Management / PMO experience
Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services projects
Experience managing banking system projects
Experience managing large teams of approximately 50–60 members
Experience with T24 / Temenos projects or banking platform upgrades
Strong Project Planning & Delivery Management
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
