Qualifications

- Proven experience in production management, operations coordination, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and process optimization techniques
- Proficiency in production planning tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Technical aptitude and experience working with production machinery and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic production needs
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English
