We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale, complex ERP transformation program for a global organization. This role is ideal for a highly skilled project leader who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments, can navigate ambiguity, and has a proven track record of delivering multinational ERP initiatives.
Lead and manage a major ERP transformation program with multiple interconnected workstreams.
Coordinate ERP carve-out activities and business disentanglement initiatives.
Drive collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams.
Facilitate decision-making and communicate effectively with executive and senior stakeholders.
10+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
~ Proven experience delivering complex multinational ERP programs.
~ Strong understanding of ERP implementations, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, or business separation projects.




~ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
~ Strong risk management, planning, governance, and execution capabilities.
~ Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating across integral teams.

Experience working within large global organizations undergoing business transformation.
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise solutions.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
