- Autonomous and Planned Maintenance frameworks
- Loss elimination and Kaizen routines
- TPM capability-building and visual management systems
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM, or Operational Excellence
- Proven TPM implementation experience — not just exposure
- Strong command of OEE, JIPM 8 Pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF, MTTR, 5S, RCA
- Measurable impact on operational performance
