About the Role
The primary function is to support financial information analysis and reporting. The Business Process Automation Specialist I will prioritize identifying document automation opportunities and act as a liaison between different systems and the Operations team to ensure information accuracy. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and driving any modifications or maintenance of the automations, reporting, and/or analysis performed.

What the Candidate Will Do

Analyze information from each business line to report on the current status in Mexico. Gather information from the Operations team regarding the current market, client, and operational status.

Drive financial reporting and automation to evaluate the profitability of each business line (Power Query, AppsScript, Tableau, etc.)

Work in close collaboration with the operations, finance, and Process Automation teams to develop continuous improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed. Preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or another related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Advanced English (Writing emails and preparing reports in English.



Constant verbal and written communication with the Corporate, IT, and Finance teams).

Excel: Advanced (Pivot tables, formulas, and charts. XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery preferred but not required).

Financial analysis: (Forecasts, budgeting, or cross-team analysis discussions).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in finance or accounting.

1–5 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry.

Experience working with BI reporting tools or similar systems.
