Requirements

- Required – Technical Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role.
- Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
- Experience testing event-driven middleware systems — MQ (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)
- Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured (equally important for this team).
- API and Message Queue testing experience.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction.
- Automation strategy and project ownership.





- Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)

- Lead QA and test automation teams.
- Define and execute automated testing strategies.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks.
- Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote quality standards, best practices, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Languages

- English – Advanced (80–95%)

Additional Information

- Travel Requirements Availability to travel to the USA on occasion
- Long-term assignment.
