Position HR Analyst (Payroll Focus)
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field (required)
Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration
Objective Ensure proper payroll administration and compliance with legal requirements, maintaining accurate employee information and supporting payroll processes
Requirements Advanced English
Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes
Experience managing payroll incidents and employee data
Main Responsibilities Support administrative processes within the payroll department
Capture and control employee payroll incidents
Manage IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes
Review and follow up on payroll documentation
Prepare administrative reports




Provide support to employees on payroll-related matters
