We’re Hiring: Senior Human Resources Coordinator | Vetta Mexico

Vetta Mexico is looking for a proactive Senior Human Resources Coordinator fluent English, and strong expertise in recruitment, HR audits, performance management, and compensation planning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily HR operations and support initiatives aligned with business needs.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and onboarding.

• Coordinate HR audit preparation, maintain accurate employee records, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Track and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, time to hire, and recruitment costs.

• Support salary benchmarking, salary structure development, and compensation strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and company budgets.

• Coordinate performance reviews and help managers establish measurable employee goals.

• Support employee relations, training, and consistent implementation of HR policies.

• Work with payroll and relevant advisors to support compliance with Mexican labor requirements.

• Communicate regularly with international colleagues and management in English.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on expertise across core HR functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Fluent spoken and written English is required. You must be comfortable leading meetings, conducting interviews, and presenting HR updates in English.

• English proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.

• Proven experience independently coordinating HR processes.

• Strong experience in recruitment, HR audits, and employee relations.

• Strong knowledge of HR KPIs, performance management, compensation and benefits, and salary benchmarking.

• Working knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll coordination.

• Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
