Carrier Sales Manager: (Carrier Development) Now hiring experienced carrier sales leaders in Mexico. We're an established, fast-growing freight company based in the San Diego region, and we're breaking ground in Mexico. We're looking for highly committed, highly experienced carrier sales and carrier development professionals who want a real opportunity to accelerate their career and grow with us. This role is built to scale. As our Mexico team grows, leadership roles open up. You'll get long-term stability, pay in US dollars, and an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance. The role: We need an operator, not a load poster. Reporting to our Director of Operations, you'll develop and manage carrier relationships, build capacity on our core lanes, and price and cover freight. You will build out a network of US based carriers for our US domestic operations. You'll also be a trusted contact for key customers, measured on loads covered, margin, and carriers developed. Equipment we move: Sprinter van, box truck, dry van, flatbed, hotshot, and OTR truckload. What you'll do: Carrier development Recruit owner-operators, small fleets, and asset carriers that fit our lanes and equipment Turn one-off coverage into core carriers with short- and long-term rate agreements Run carrier scorecards and coach carriers who can take on more volume Vet every carrier for fraud, double brokering, insurance, and safety Lane and regional strategy Map capacity by region, metro, and interstate corridor Build dedicated capacity around our client markets Match backhauls and reloads to keep carriers loyal and rates sharp Pricing and coverage Price quote requests fast using lane history, market data,



and your own network Cover time-sensitive and same-day freight without sacrificing margin Carrier outreach to build capacity in specific regions Account management Handle day-to-day communication with assigned customers: quotes, availability, and updates Solve problems in transit before the customer has to ask Spot new lanes and volume inside existing accounts What you bring 5+ years in US domestic carrier sales, carrier development, or capacity management A working carrier network you can call on today Hands-on experience with sprinter, box truck, hotshot, van and flatbed freight Strong knowledge of US regions, metros, and interstate corridors Carrier vetting and fraud-prevention experience Customer-facing account experience Fluent in DAT, Truckstop, and a TMS Fluent professional English, spoken and written Hours and location Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm US Pacific. Fully remote from anywhere in Mexico. Candidates in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Mexico City, and other logistics hubs are encouraged to apply. Compensation $1,000 USD per month base, plus uncapped commission starting at 3% of gross profit on the loads you cover, with increases earned on performance. Healthcare options available.
