Qualifications Proven experience in production management, operations coordination, and resource allocation
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and process optimization techniques
Proficiency in production planning tools, data analysis, and reporting
Technical aptitude and experience working with production machinery and equipment
Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic production needs
Good communication skills in Spanish and English
