Key Responsibilities





- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
- Expertise in using various recruitment tools , ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remote or distributed team environment.




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
