The role requires strong product management, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding of cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans. Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and measurable outcomes. Own backlog refinement, prioritization, MVP scope, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and business teams. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, quality gates, and release governance. Track product and delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, defects, and MTTR. Drive continuous improvement using Agile, Dev Ops, automation, and AI-assisted tools. Present roadmap, delivery health, and product updates to senior stakeholders. Required Skills 10+ years in product management, product delivery,



or software development. Strong experience in product lifecycle and roadmap management. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, cloud, and microservices. Gen AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Copilot technologies, and machine learning services Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working with global, cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience in financial services or enterprise platforms. Product Owner, Scrum, or SAFe certification. Exposure to Generative AI and AI-assisted product workflows.
