We are a integral organization looking a Junior Category Manager – Citrus (Peels & Fruits) to join its Procurement team in Mexico City (Hybrid) . Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for citrus categories, including citrus peels, citrus fruits, citrus oils, and related agricultural raw materials.
Assist in the management of supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Monitor market trends, crop conditions, harvest cycles, and supply-demand dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain procurement data, reports, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Engineering,



Agriculture, or a related field.
~2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or related commercial functions.
~ Experience interacting with suppliers and supporting contract negotiations.
~ Advanced English proficiency.
~ Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems is preferred.
~ Experience analyzing market trends, commodity data, and supply chain risks.
