We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and improve business processes while translating business needs into clear functional requirements. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, QA teams, and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and process mapping.
- Strong requirements gathering and functional specification skills.
- Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong gap analysis and change-impact assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Experience supporting UAT and testing activities
