Chief Supply Chain & Fulfillment Officer – Mexico Our client is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain and Fulfillment Executive to lead one of the most demanding, high-growth logistics networks in Mexico. The mandate is to build the next generation of the company’s logistics platform in Mexico. From fulfillment centers and sortation to transportation and last mile , this executive will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of a complex multi-node network.

The goal is to build a network capable of moving significantly more volume with greater speed, reliability, productivity, and cost discipline . The supply chain must grow faster — without losing control. This executive will be expected to increase network capacity while simultaneously improving: Delivery performance Inventory flow Network utilization You will have responsibility for a large-scale logistics ecosystem that includes: Distribution Operations Capacity Planning Network Design Service Performance You will define how the network evolves as the business scales.

Designing the future supply chain and fulfillment network for Mexico. Improving node productivity and network economics. Driving automation across fulfillment and distribution operations. Using analytics to improve operational decisions and network performance.

Strengthening network resilience and business continuity. This role will lead large frontline and management organizations across multiple locations. You will develop regional leaders, site leaders,



and functional executives who can operate independently while maintaining a common standard of execution.

The expectation is to create an organization where performance does not depend on constant intervention from the top. The supply chain cannot operate in isolation. CEO and Executive Leadership Commercial Planning Procurement The objective is to ensure that commercial growth, customer demand, capacity, technology, and investment decisions move together . 12+ years of experience across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, transportation, or operations. ~ Significant senior leadership responsibility in large-scale operations. ~ At least 5 years leading complex, multi-site or multi-node networks . ~ High-volume distribution ~ Strong understanding of fulfillment center economics and performance. ~ Experience with network design and capacity planning. ~ Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. ~ Experience leading large frontline workforces and senior operational teams. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. ~ MBA or advanced degree preferred. ~ Fluent English required.

Someone who knows that a network can look efficient on a spreadsheet and still fail the customer.
