Paz Montessori Oaxaca is looking for a warm, active, and highly engaged English-speaking educator to join our Children’s House (ages 3–6).

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with young children and can become an active member of the classroom community. This is a co-teaching role with opportunities to learn, grow, and progressively take on greater responsibility within a Montessori environment.

- Interest in learning and practicing Montessori education

Montessori experience is highly valued, but it is not required. We are especially interested in finding someone with the right disposition toward children, strong English, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.



The role includes supporting and progressively leading classroom routines, English language immersion, Grace and Courtesy, stories and songs, transitions, care of the environment, observation, and daily collaboration with the Montessori guide.

Our English-speaking adult is expected to communicate consistently in English with the children, creating a natural language-immersion experience throughout the school day.

Our selection process includes an interview and a paid classroom trial period. This allows both the candidate and our team to experience working together before making a final decision.
