Apply sanctions and/or contract terminations (As required) - Provide timely and accurate information to Human Resources management regarding areas with the highest absenteeism rates on a weekly and monthly basis (As required) - Organizational Development: Responsible for the administration, control, and updating of the personnel census (Daily) - Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose and follow up on action plans (As required) - Employee Relations: Receive reports, concerns, and complaints from workers regarding services such as transportation and the cafeteria, and request action plans from the responsible parties (Daily)
