The Role

This is a high-volume phone role. You'll call people who just raised their hand for a treatment (Botox, fillers, weight loss, skin treatments, and more), qualify them, collect a deposit, and book them into the clinic's calendar. You're the first human voice a new patient hears, so you need to be sharp, warm, and persuasive at the same time.If you love the phone, get energy from volume, and like being measured on numbers you control, this is for you.

If you want a slow-paced role or prefer email over calls, this is not.

What You'll Do

- Dial fresh and follow-up leads all shift using our power dialer (double-dialing to maximize connects)
- Run our proven call framework to uncover what the lead wants, build urgency, and present the clinic's offer
- Convert leads into prepaid appointments by collecting a deposit at booking
- End every call with a next step: a booked appointment or a confirmed callback time. No lead goes cold on your watch
- Follow up with leads by text when needed




- Communicate with clinic partners about scheduling questions and appointment updates
- Keep accurate notes and statuses in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Log your shift in Slack and track time in Hubstaff
- Attend daily sales training and take call-audit coaching seriously (we review your calls 1-on-1 every few days)
- Submit an accurate end-of-day report every shift

How You're Measured

- Appointments booked
- Schedule rate and show rate
- Script execution (from call audits)
- EOD accuracy and professionalism with clients
- Month-over-month improvement

What We're Looking For

- 3+ year in phone sales, appointment setting, or call center work (outbound strongly preferred)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day and handling rejection without losing energy
- Clear, confident spoken English and a friendly, natural phone presence
- Able to handle objections (price, timing, "I need to think about it") without being pushy
- Coachable: you take feedback from call audits and apply it on the next call
- Organized and reliable with notes, CRM updates, and daily reporting
- Quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a quality headset
