Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chihuahua, CHH. The person in this role will perform routine and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and completing repairs in a timely and safe manner.

The Maintenance

Technician will document all maintenance activities, collaborate with operations staff to prioritize work orders, and follow company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance, with experience working on compressors or similar industrial machinery.
- Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks, including mechanical adjustments, part replacements, and basic electrical work.




- Competence in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance, including diagnosing root causes and implementing maintenance plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments, with a commitment to safe work habits.
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chihuahua, CHH, and to support occasional extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.
