Role Description The Marketing Project Manager- Junior is a "part-time" 5hrs/M-F, on-site role based in Monterrey, NL Dowtown. This role oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that support GREENTECH’s biotech solutions across target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring campaigns align with strategic goals.

The Marketing Project

Manager will prepare reports on project performance, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help develop marketing materials and campaigns that communicate GREENTECH’s value proposition.



The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve processes and supporting the implementation of best practices in marketing project management.

Qualifications

- Strong project management and organization skills to plan, coordinate, and track multiple marketing initiatives.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience in marketing and budgeting to design campaigns, allocate resources, and monitor costs.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and present clear project and campaign performance reports.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, CRM or marketing platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in biotech, environmental, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Monterrey, NLE, with attention to detail, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
