Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an NPI Tooling Engineer to lead tooling development, validation, and cost-focused improvements for new product introductions. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to ensure tool readiness and compliance with quality and safety standards. Idóneo candidates will have a mechanical or industrial engineering background with mold development, CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/Creo/NX), and experience with GD&T;, PFMEA, and DOE methodologies.
