Doctors Galaxy / Pro Pharma Research Organization is launching a podcast series featuring healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharma industry executives across Mexico and LATAM, covering real-world evidence, patient adherence, and healthcare innovation.

We're looking for a Podcast Host & Producer to own this end-to-end.

What you'll do:

- Write and structure episode scripts, including interview question sets tailored to HCP and pharma exec guests
- Source, reach out to, and coordinate with potential guests — scheduling, briefing, and managing logistics for recording sessions
- Host and/or produce recording shoots (audio/video)
- Edit episodes into polished final cuts, plus short clips for LinkedIn distribution
- Manage episode placement/publishing across podcast platforms and social channels
- Collaborate with our content team to align podcast themes with our broader LinkedIn and marketing content strategy

What you bring:





- Experience producing and/or hosting a podcast (healthcare, pharma, or B2B preferred)
- Strong interviewing and scripting skills — comfortable guiding conversations with senior executives and clinicians
- Audio/video editing proficiency (Premiere, Descript, Audacity, or similar)
- Guest outreach and relationship coordination experience — you're comfortable cold-messaging and scheduling with busy professionals
- Understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) healthcare/pharma industry language — RWE, patient adherence, HCP engagement
- Bilingual Spanish/English a strong plus (Portuguese a bonus)
- Self-directed — able to own the process from guest booking through final publish with minimal oversight
