Team: 23 direct reports (Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, and Engineers) Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities for our forging operations. This role requires a strong technical background in machinery management and the leadership skills to effectively manage a team and present results to senior leadership in the U. S. Key Responsibilities: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Manage hiring, training, and development of the maintenance team. Ensure optimal performance of forge machinery, including headers, presses, hammers, furnaces, and shot blasters . Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime. Analyze and report maintenance performance metrics to U. S. leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
