- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries

- Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job boards

- Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs

- Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types

- Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals

- Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries

- Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job boards

- Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs

- Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types

- Maintain accurate, real-time data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

- Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals

- Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership

Qualifications





- +5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments

- Experience recruiting Services candidates across at a country level, being Mexico City and Bajio Region a must.

- Proficient recruiting field services candidates using social media and multiple job boards: LinkedIn, OCC, El Empleo, Bumeran, CompuTrabajo), and employee referrals (Mandatory)

- Proven experience field service electrical and mechanical technicians/engineers (Mandatory)

- Fluent in English (Mandatory)

- Proven record of partnering with technical local schools such as: CONALEP, CETIS, Bachilleres among others (Mandatory)

- Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques

Preferred

- Experience recruiting for Field Service, HVAC, Electrical, or Critical Infrastructure roles

- Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar e-signature platforms

- Experience recruiting on a regional level (LATAM) is a plus and highly desirable

Work Environment

- On-Site Role based either in Monterrey or Mexico City

- 10–15% travel across Americas region

- Cross-time-zone collaboration required
