Qualifications Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role. Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams. Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico. Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
