: Art Sales Representative

Compensation: Base salary + High Commission on Direct Sales

Role Overview

Colector is hiring a dedicated Art Sales Representative with one core focus: selling available gallery stock. This is a direct sales position with high earning potential tied directly to performance. You will be responsible for matching existing inventory with buyers, pitching artwork to collectors and design professionals, and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sales: Actively contact, pitch, and sell gallery inventory to private collectors, art advisors, architects, and interior designers.
- Outreach: Cold-call and email qualified high-net-worth prospects, design firms, and past buyers to move available stock.
- Proposals & Closing: Prepare targeted pricing proposals,



negotiate terms, handle client objections, and close deals.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain client records, track active offers, and log sales progress in the gallery CRM.

Requirements
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales (art, luxury design, real estate, or high-end retail).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Motivation to drive direct sales and maximize earnings through commission.
- Ability to proactively prospect and build a client network without waiting for foot traffic.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Based in or near San Pedro Garza García.
