Core Responsibilities - Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Configure and deploy email campaigns
- Build and manage customer journeys in Journey Builder
- Manage Contact Builder and Data Extensions
- Configure Automation Studio workflows
- Create CloudPages, landing pages and forms
- Execute QA before campaign deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Optimize platform performance
- Maintain technical documentation
- Recommend platform improvements
- Work directly with the IDB Marketing Cloud Business Owner
- Support daily operations and urgent requests
