Copeland seeks a Lead Financial Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico, to support the Plant Controller/Finance Manager. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses, and supervise payroll and social security processes for the Mexican entity. Required is a public accounting background or BA, with 3–5 years in budgeting/forecasting, payroll, and labor/tax law, plus fluency in English.
Experience with JDEdwards, Oracle, and SAP is preferred.
