LocalEyes is a B2B corporate video agency producing across 40+ US markets for mid-market and enterprise marketing teams. Our buyers are marketing leaders in tech, healthcare, finance, education, and consumer goods.

The role

You own one number: booked discovery calls from organic search. Not rankings, not traffic. Calls. You'll run our local search presence across 10 US cities, build our national service pages, and lead a small team: a local SEO specialist, a content and community specialist, a PR freelancer, and website support.

What you'll own

- Booked SEO discovery calls every week, reported every Monday
- The path from search to booked call: rankings, clicks, form fills, and booking rate
- Local rankings across 10 US cities, working with our local specialist
- National service pages for corporate, explainer, and commercial video
- The keyword strategy and a monthly content plan
- Lead tracking across Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot




- Approving any website change that affects search, including a site migration

What success looks like

- 90 days: 5+ booked discovery calls a week from organic, with clean tracking
- 12 months: 6-8+ a week, and a team that runs without the CEO

Must-haves

- 5+ years in SEO, including local SEO for a multi-location service business
- You've owned a leads or pipeline number, not only rankings. You can tell us what it was, what moved it, and by how much.
- Hands-on with Google Business Profiles, Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Strong written English; professional spoken English
- 4+ hours of overlap with US Pacific time

Nice-to-haves

- Experience recovering suspended Google Business Profiles
- AI-search visibility work (ChatGPT, AI Overviews) with measured results
- Experience managing freelancers or a small team
