Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using .NET, TypeScript, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating cloud-native backend services.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs following an API-first approach.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, service orchestration, and distributed systems patterns.
- Experience developing business logic, domain services, and event-driven solutions.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data services, and AI-powered solutions.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of containerization, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.
- Knowledge of secrets management, secure configuration, and application security best practices.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, production support, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing automated unit, integration, contract, regression, and performance tests.
- Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools, engineering copilots, or coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native backend services, APIs, and integration capabilities.
- Implement business logic,



domain services, orchestration workflows, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data services, and AI-powered solutions.
- Leverage AI coding agents, engineering copilots, and productivity tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Design and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, contract, regression, and performance testing.
- Contribute to the definition of API standards, reusable patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
- Ensure production readiness through monitoring, observability, and incident management practices.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and incidents in production environments.
- Collaborate with Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and technically executable.
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Promote software engineering excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Reduce cross-team dependencies through strong service contracts, well-defined interfaces, and self-service platform patterns.

Required Languages

- English: Intermediate-Advanced.
