We are looking for experienced HSE Coaches and Trainers based in Mexico.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in the Mining industry in Mexico
- Extensive experience in HSE coaching and training
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Based in Mexico
You would need to be proficient in the following:
- Frontline Safety Leader Coaching
- Leader Routines
- Individual Leader Planning and Recording
- Core Safety Leader Processes include:
- Pre-Start Meetings
- Risk assessment reviews and task planning
- Field Interactions – CCVs, Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, Wellbeing discussion, risk discussions, "work as done" discussions
- Incident management
- Learning from events
