- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
- Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Build strong candidate pipelines to support continuous, large-scale hiring.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and time-to-fill.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.

Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

- Must have experience in Retail or FM-CG/Consumer Goods industries.

- Proven experience managing mass and high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
