- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Load Balancers, and Azure Monitor.

- Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Azure IaaS workloads.

- Good understanding of Azure Networking (NSG, UDR, VPN, ExpressRoute basics).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Backup & Recovery, Azure Site Recovery (ASR).

- Experience with ARM Templates / Bicep / Terraform for infrastructure automation.

- Strong experience in Azure Identity & Access Management – RBAC, Managed Identities.

- Good troubleshooting skills for VM issues, performance bottlenecks, boot diagnostics, access issues, and network connectivity.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, Alerts.

- Knowledge of Azure Security principles and best practices.

- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD (basic level).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills
