Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tech Pack Designer to join our team and support the design department at a retail company based in the US. As a Tech Pack Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating presentations, tech packs, and files for production, managing product data, and organizing visual assets.

Responsibilities

- Create consumer goods tech packs for production.

- Prepare product and packaging artwork tech packs according to private brand and licensed guidelines

- Maintain tech packs as part of product lifecycle including any required revisions

- Assist in designing seasonal/general assets.

- Accurately upload information from various sources onto the company's platform.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the uploaded information.

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

- Communicate clearly, with attention to detail during all the stages of work.

- Manage time and multitask to meet deadlines.

- Have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment





Requirements (Must-Have)

- Bachelor's degree in product, graphic/art design, fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience with consumer goods tech packs.

- Ability to create tech packs with a strong understanding of the printing process on products.

- Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed products.

- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

- Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients.

- Professional English Level

Technical Skills (Required)

- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Organization skills: experience with file management and organization systems.

- Tech pack skills: ability to accurately create product tech packs for different consumer goods, as well as packaging and printing tech packs for non-licensed and licensed products. Be able to reduce print colors and create print patterns according to the factory and license guidelines.

- License Knowledge:



A strong understanding of brand licensing guidelines and regulations.

- Technical manufacturing knowledge: strong technical knowledge of product production, including printing techniques, packaging rules, and product materials and processes.

Soft Skills

- Attention to detail: have a sharp eye for detail to be able to proofread their work carefully and make sure it is free of errors. Also, be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

- Organization skills: manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of the workload to meet deadlines without cutting corners.
