Senior Process Analyst

• 7–10 years in process improvement / BPM / operations transformation

• Experience managing process optimization workstreams

• Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)

• Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling

• Exposure to leveraging BPMN tools for mapping and process improvement (functional perspective)

• Experience in maintaining process documentation and improvement artifacts, Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Manage process optimization workstreams across 2–3 process areas

• Evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Conduct structured analysis to recommend process improvement opportunities





• Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and improvements

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process enhancement

• Support implementation of process improvements and optimization initiatives

• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, improvements, and best practices

• Track process performance and support KPI/metrics analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives

• Support knowledge sharing across teams and repositories

• Identify risks/issues and escalate with recommendations

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within assigned scope
