SkySun is hiring ambitious Transfer Specialists throughout Mexico to support our U.S. electrical and energy services campaigns.

We’re an international company supporting call center operations across multiple U.S. campaigns. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and connect interested, eligible customers with another agent through a live transfer.

Compensation and opportunity

- Monthly earning potential: Approximately MXN 15,290–26,758, including base pay and performance-based commissions.
- Weekly or biweekly base payments: Your payment arrangement will be confirmed during the hiring process.
- Commissions paid monthly: Vigente earnings depend on qualifying results and the applicable campaign’s commission plan. The upper figure is potential compensation, not guaranteed pay.
- Paid training: Learn the campaign, qualification process, and live-transfer procedure.
- Fully remote: Work from home anywhere in Mexico.
- Opportunity to advance: Build the skills and track record to be considered for future positions and greater responsibility as opportunities become available.

Monthly figures are approximate equivalents calculated from weekly earnings using 52 weeks divided by 12 months.

Your mission

Turn a short conversation into a qualified opportunity—and deliver a smooth handoff to the next agent.

You will

- Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. prospects.
- Introduce yourself and the campaign clearly and professionally.
- Lead focused qualification conversations, typically lasting approximately 90–250 seconds before transfer.
- Ask the required questions to determine interest and eligibility.
- Explain the next step and confirm the prospect is ready to speak with another agent.
- Complete live transfers and communicate relevant information for a smooth handoff.
- Maintain accurate call notes, qualification details, and outcomes.
- Meet campaign expectations for call activity, qualification accuracy, opportunity creation, and successful transfers.
- Apply feedback to improve your conversations, efficiency, and results.

Schedule and location

- Full-time remote position.
- Applicants must be based in Mexico.
- Available shifts, working hours, and schedule expectations will be discussed during your interview.

You must provide your own:

- Reliable computer capable of running calling and work applications.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection; a wired connection is preferred.
- Quality headset with a clear microphone.
- Quiet, professional workspace suitable for outbound calls.
