Ichor Systems is continuing to grow and is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the fulfillment of our customer commitments and ensure efficient, high-quality execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the key link between our customers and operational teams, driving reliable delivery, quality, cost competitiveness, and an exceptional customer experience and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met.

Coordinate cross‐functional efforts between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Identify and manage operational risks; develop and execute effective contingency plans.

Maintain strong daily presence on the shop floor to address issues impacting customer commitments.

Communicate project status clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders.

Translate customer requirements into feasible, stable, and competitive manufacturing processes.

Support cost‐reduction, efficiency, and lead‐time improvement initiatives.

Respond quickly and professionally to escalations.

Represent site capabilities and drive customer trust and value perception. Looking for:

Requirements

~ Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

~3–5+ years of experience managing production or manufacturing projects.

~ Experience working directly with customers.

~ Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and planning tools.

~ Intermediate–advanced English (able to communicate technical topics with U.S. customers). Key KPI's
