? Role Overview

We are looking for a Workday SCM Consultant to join a strategic enterprise transformation initiative.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience across Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions and will support complex business processes, advanced configurations, and optimization initiatives within Workday environments.

This role requires a strong functional consulting profile, capable of collaborating directly with stakeholders, supporting business requirements, and delivering high-quality Workday solutions.

? Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday SCM solutions.

- Support and enhance:

- Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Strategic Sourcing

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and propose effective solutions.

- Support testing, documentation, deployment, and user adoption activities.





- Provide functional expertise and Workday best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

? Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience working with Workday SCM.

- Proven expertise in:

- Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Strategic Sourcing

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.

- Experience working in complex Workday environments with advanced configurations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and proactively.

- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.

- Advanced English (C1/C2 required).
