This roles relocation to Abudhabi, UAE

The client is currently setting up the manufacturing and NDT capability, so we need a senior and hands-on Level III profile who can not only perform/oversee NDT activities but also support the definition, setup, and qualification of the NDT facility and processes.

The key requirements are:

- Technical diploma, engineering/science degree, recognized trade qualification or equivalent relevant education.
- Current aerospace UT Level 3 certification acceptable to the employer and applicable customers; PT Level 3 strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive aerospace NDT experience with substantial Level 3 responsibility.
- Direct experience with automated immersion UT of wrought or forged aerospace products and complex scan-plan qualification.
- Practical knowledge of forging processes, metallurgy, defect orientation,



grain flow, heat treatment and material behavior.
- Demonstrated experience designing or establishing a new NDT facility, laboratory or production cell, including layout, utilities and material flow.
- Experience preparing technical specifications, evaluating suppliers and procuring major NDT capital equipment.
- Experience leading supplier design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, process qualification and production acceptance.
- Experience with OEM/customer requirements, Nadcap audits, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Professional written and spoken English for procedures, reports, contracts, audits, training and customer engagement.
