About the role As a Senior Associate Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that enable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into high-quality technical designs, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Design and develop secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs), and implement robust data models and security controls
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for deployments and environment management
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support as needed
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
~ Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security model
~ Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON,



and middleware patterns
~ Strong understanding of Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
~ Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
~ Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
~ Professional proficiency in English

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I required; Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and test automation
Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms
Data migration experience (Data Loader, ETL tools)
JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and front-end performance optimization
